Registration is now open for anyone interested in learning more about making cheese and Greek yogurt at home. Nutrition, Food safety and recommended sanitation methods, will be discussed. Making cheese and yogurt is a great way to use local ingredients, save money, and be creative in the kitchen.
Participants will learn to make and store homemade mozzarella, ricotta, cherve/fromage blanc and Greek yogurt.
