ITB NO: 23-25 SOLID WASTE RECYCLING FACILITY

INTRODUCTION: The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida (the “County”) is seeking competitive bids from qualified pre-engineered metal building manufacturers for the purchase of a pre-engineered steel building system

Sealed bids will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County" at:

Bids will be received until 3:30 P.M. LOCAL TIME on September 5th, 2023, bids will be received until 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME on October 5th, 2023, and will be opened immediately thereafter. 

SCOPE OF WORK:  The Awardee shall provide all equipment and materials to fabricate a pre-engineered building system with approximate dimensions of 80’ wide by 100’ long, with an eave height of 26’ per the engineering drawings.

 Last date to submit questions is August 24th, 2023, September 25th, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to . DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. 
 
The Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened. To be considered, Bidder must submit bid digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER BID, in a sealed envelope clearly marked "ITB NO: 23-25 SOLID WASTE RECTCLING FACILITY " addressed to Bids: Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
