ITB NO: 23-08 EAST POINT WASHINGTON ROAD PHASE III

INTRODUCTION: Sealed bids for the East Point Washington Road Phase III Project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County" at:

Bids will be received until 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME on February 27th, 2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter. 

SCOPE OF WORK:   The proposed project involves the construction of a new asphalt roadway segment located south of the intersection of East Point Washington Road and Ivy Lane in Santa Rosa Beach. The construction activity will consist of removing approximately 2,600 feet of the dirt portion of East Point Washington Road and constructing approximately 1,537-foot roadway running due north from the end of Phase I and terminating south of the intersection of Ivy Lane.

Last date to submit questions is February 16th, 2023, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to . DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened. 
 
To be considered, Bidder must submit bid digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER BID, in a sealed envelope clearly marked " ITB 23-08 EAST POINT WASHINGTON ROAD PHASE III " addressed to Bids: Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
