ITB NO: 23-10 INDIAN CREEK RANCH ROAD BRIDGE
INTRODUCTION: Sealed bids for the Indian Creek Ranch Road Bridge Project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County" at:

Bids will be received until 3:00 P.M. LOCAL TIME on March 2, 2023 and will be opened immediately thereafter.
SCOPE OF WORK: The proposed work includes the construction of a new 102 foot, 3 span bridge and concrete bridge approach slabs. The prefabricated concrete deck that has been designed is a Conecuh Bridge system and has poured in place pile caps and steel piles for support. All bridge materials (decks, barrier walls, wing and abutment panels, and piles) have been procured by Walton County. The project also included the construction of rip rap for stabilization of the Bruce Creek banks.
A NON-MANDATORY pre-bid conference will be held at 9:00 A.M. on February 16th, 2023, at the Walton County Public Works building at 117 Montgomery Circle DeFuniak Springs, Florida 32435. Bidders may also attend the pre-bid meeting via teleconference by dialing 850-635-0655, extension 261217.
Bidders attending via teleconference are strongly encouraged to join the teleconference at least 10 minutes before the designated start time. If unable to join the teleconference at the number above, please call 850-892-8108 and ask to be included in the INDIAN CREEK RANCH ROAD BRIDGE Project Pre-Bid Teleconference.
Last date to submit questions is February 23rd, 2023, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to . DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered.
Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened.
To be considered, Bidder must submit bid digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER BID, in a sealed envelope clearly marked " ITB 23-10 INDIAN CREEK RANCH ROAD BRIDGE" addressed to Bids: Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
