ITB NO: 23-07 MULTI-USE PATH MAINTENANCE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT

 INTRODUCTION: Sealed bids for the Multi-Use Path Maintenance Enhancement Project will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as "County" at:

Bids will be received until 3:30 P.M. LOCAL TIME on February 27  MARCH 13, 2023, and will be opened immediately thereafter. SOLICITATION CLOSED

SCOPE OF WORK:   This project consists of maintenance work activities to address flooding and standing water on the existing CR 30A asphalt multi-use path between Flamingo Drive and Watersound Parkway. At 49 Individual locations, work consists of minor clearing, ditch grading, sod placement, yard drain and associated small drainage pipe installation, minor earthwork, regular excavation, type B stabilization, base, sand cement riprap wall, asphalt overlay and new pavement and slight realignment pf the existing path.

Last date to submit questions is February 13th, 2023, no later than 12:00 Noon. All questions are to be directed in writing to . DIRECTING QUESTIONS TO ANY OTHER STAFF, PROJECT ENGINEER AND ANY OTHER PERSON IS PROHIBITED AND WILL RESULT IN BID BEING DISQUALIFIED. Questions received after such date and time will not be answered. Bidder is responsible for the delivery of its bid. Bids received after the specified day and time will not be opened. 
 
To be considered, Bidder must submit bid digitally on a USB THUMB DRIVE, along with ONE ORIGINAL PAPER BID, in a sealed envelope clearly marked " ITB 23-07 MULTI-USE PATH MAINTENANCE ENHANCEMENT PROJECT" addressed to Bids: Central Purchasing at 176 Montgomery Circle, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32435.
