Description:
The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida ("the County") is seeking competitive bids for construction of a 40ft x 40ft metal fabricated building to function as an office for the District 3 Road Department.  Project address is 401 Ranch Road, DeFuniak Springs, FL 32433.  County staff will provide a pad for the building but all foundation work must be performed by the Contractor. Power and water is available on site.  County staff or associated utility providers will provide utility tie-in connections; however, the Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining a building permit.  Site is available for inspection on Monday through Thursday from 6:00am to 4:30pm.

CLOSING DATE: DECEMBER 3, 2019 NO LATER THAN 10:00am local time and will open immediately thereafter.  Bids received after said date and time will not be accepted.

It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to ensure his/her bid is received on the date and time mentioned. Central Purchasing is closed on Fridays. Our area is not a guaranteed Fed Ex overnite delivery. We will also be closed on Nov 11, 27, 28, 29.
