The Board of County Commissioners, Walton County, Florida (the "County") is seeking to enter into a contract with one or more qualified firms with expertise in Emergency Management Consulting Services
RFP DEADLINE July 22, 2019 no later than 3:00 PM local time, and will open immediately thereafter.
Deadline to submit questions in regards to this RFP is July 16, 2019 no later than 12:00 noon local time. All questions shall be submitted in writing to the Purchasing Agent. Firms directing questions to any other County staff, or any other person shall be disqualified from submitting.
LATE PROPOSALS RECEIVED AFTER THE AFOREMENTIONED DEADLINE DATE, EITHER BY MAIL OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND RETURNED UNOPENED. THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING AGENT’S OFFICE. PROPOSALS OFFERED ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VENDOR FOR ASSURING THAT PROPOSALS ARE RECEIVED IN THE PURCHASING OFFICE BY THE DESIGNATED DATE AND TIME. NO FAXED, ELECTRONIC, OR ORAL PROPOSALS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
BIDDER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY OF ITS’SUBMITTAL. SUBMITTALS RECEIVED AFTER THE SPECIFIED DAY AND TIME WILL NOT BE OPENED. THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT IS CLOSED ON ALL FRIDAYS.
