Walton County has recently opened a new Corporate Sponsorship opportunity for businesses to sponsor scoreboards at the County’s new Sports Complex that is now under construction in South Walton.
These sponsorships are very important to the completion of phase 1 of the new sports park located in south Walton. Funds raised from this program provide new scoreboards for the three baseball fields and the multi-use fields. Sponsorship fees include having your company name, logo, and slogan on the scoreboard for a period of 5 years, with first right of refusal for renewal.
This fee includes the cost of the construction and installation of the scoreboard. Once the sign is created, any changes desired to the sign by the sponsor will be charged to the sponsor. Below is a description of each sponsorship level. Please check the level you wish to participate.
(3) $10,000.00 Baseball Field Scoreboard and Signage. - Permanent Ad panel for 5 years on the lower portion of the baseball field scoreboard.
(1) $15,000.00 Multi Use Field Scoreboard and Signage. – This scoreboard is located on the championship field at the multi-use field complex. Permanent Ad panel for 5 years on the lower portion of the multi-use field scoreboard.
The Walton County BCC reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If the Walton County BCC terminates the agreement, the sponsor will receive a pro-rated refund based on a 5-year sponsorship period.
