Public Notice: Permitting for all Beach Activities Relocating to Code Compliance Office  

 

WALTON COUNTY, FL – March 15, 2022 – Beginning April 4, 2022, Walton County Code Compliance will take over the issuance permits for all beach related activities, to include Dogs on the Beach; Grandfathered Drive on the Beach; Disability Drive on the Beach; Launch; Charter; Bay Charter and Scuba Charter Permits.

 

Applications may be submitted online through the EnerGov portal at https://waltoncountyfl-energovweb.tylerhost.net/apps/SelfService#/home.

 

Applications for the Beach Driving Lottery will be accepted online or may be dropped off at Walton County Administration or via the secure drop box at the South Walton Annex. Applications will be accepted  April 1, 2022 through May 10, 2022.  The lottery drawing will take place on May 16, 2022 and  results will be posted on the County website on May 17, 2022.
