WALTON COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS COMPLIES WITH TITLE VI OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS ACT OF 1964 and does not tolerate discrimination in any of its programs, services, or activities. Walton County will not exclude participation in, deny the benefits of, or subject to discrimination anyone on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, disability, religion, or family status.
In accordance with the requirements of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"), the Walton County Board of County Commissioners will not discriminate against individuals with disabilities on the basis of disability in its services, programs, or activities.
