INTRODUCTION: The Walton County Tourist Development Center, (TDC) a division of Walton County, is requesting bids for the Bayou Arts Parking Lot Improvements at the address shown below:

An original and three (3) copies must be submitted in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the firm's name and address and the words "Bayou Arts Parking Lot Improvements"
Bid closes November 18,2010 no later than 9:00AM local time and opening immediately thereafter. Bid packages received after that date and time will not be opened or accepted.
A mandatory Pre-Bid will be held at the TDC Maintenance Building located at 924 South County Hwy 83, Santa Rosa Beach, FL 32459 on November 10, 2010 at 1:30PM 2:30PM Directions: Hwy 331 South to Hwy 98, turn West one (1) mile to Blue Mountain Beach Road or 83., go one (1) mile, building on right hand side of road. Bidders, who arrive late, will be allowed to attend the pre-bid, but will not be allowed to submit a bid.
All bidders/proposers must be present at the designated start time of any pre-bid conference and must remain until the conference is adjourned. the County will not accept bids/proposals from any bidder/proposer arriving after designated start time as listed in the Invitation to Bids or Request Proposal or departing prior to the adjournment of the pre-bid conference.
Bayou Arts center is located in Section 22, Township 3S and Range 20W at the west end of Hogtown Bayou Road off of 393 North in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. The project will include the construction of an entrance drive from existing Cessna Park, a stormwater management facility and parking. Minor utility work will be required to provide water service and fire protection to the existing. The parking and drives will be asphalt with limerock base.
Cost of drawings is $50 non-refundable. Payable to Board of County Commissioners.
