1. Request to prepare an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2009-07 modifying the methodology for valuation of land subject to Preservation Impact Fees to address changed economic conditions and hold a Public Hearing before the Planning Commission
2. Request to prepare an Ordinance amending Ordinance 2009-06 modifying the valuation of land subject to Recreation impact Fees to address changed economic conditions and hold a Public Hearing before the Planning Commission

LEGISLATIVE ITEMS:

1. SSA 2012-22: SELRAHC, LP is requesting the adoption of an Ordinance of Walton County, Florida, Adopting a Small Scale Future Land Use Map Amendment to the Walton County Comprehensive Plan; Setting Forth the Authority for Adoption; Amending the Future Land Use Map; Repealing All Ordinances in Conflict Herewith; Providing for Severability and Conflicts; and Providing for an Effective Date. The Ordinance proposes to amend 4.88 +/- acres in Walton County north of the Choctawhatchee Bay, on property identified by parcel number, 27-6N-21-40000-029-0000, from Rural Residential Future Land Use Category to Rural Low Density Future Land Use Category. The property is located on the southeast side of Lake Jackson, with portions on both sides of Lake Jackson Drive.

QUASI-JUDICIAL ITEMS:

2. Sunset Villas Replat - Project number 11-00300003 being reviewed by Jason Bryan. This is a replat application submitted by Gulf Coast Community Bank., replating lot 8-12 of Sunset Villas lots on 0.458 +/- acres with a future land use of Residential Preservation. The project is identified by parcel number 28-3S-18-16150-000-0080.

3. 393 Land Company, LLC Abandonment – Project number 12-00800001 being reviewed by Jason Bryan. This is an abandonment application, submitted by 393 Land Company, LLC concerning the following ingress/egress and utility easement to wit: As legally described as the following: 33 feet along the South boundary of lot 11, Subdivision of section 2, Township 3 South, Range 20 West, Walton County, Florida.


4. Park Avenue West PUD - Project number 11-001-00006 being reviewed by Jason Bryan, with Scenic Corridor Review by Mac Carpenter. This is a major development application, submitted by Inlet Beach Capital Investments, requesting site plan and development design approval for a planned unit development consisting of 4,800 square feet of commercial space and three (3) single family lots. The site is approximately 0.82 acres with a future land use of Neighborhood Planning Area/Infill within the Inlet Beach Neighborhood Planning Area. The site is located on the south side of Highway 98 and abutting West Park Place, approximately 0.4 miles south of the Orange Street, more particularly identified as parcel identification number 36-3S-18-16100-000-1720.

5. South Beechview Estates Plat - Project number 12-00300001 being reviewed by Misty Ferrell. This is a final plat application submitted by Land Engineering Services, Inc., consisting of an 11-lot subdivision. This 12.78 +/- acres has a future land use designation of Rural Village and is located on the southeast corner of Joe Dan Road at the intersection of Leisure Lake Road and identified by parcel number 23-3N-21-37000-001-0200.

6. Dollar General - Project number 12-00100015 being reviewed by Vivian Shamel. This is a major development order application submitted by Bell Engineering Services, LLC., requesting approval for a 9,026 square foot retail store on 1.1 acres with a Future Land Use of Coastal Center. The project is located on the southwest corner of US Highway 98 and Sandtrap Road and identified by parcel number 34-2S-21-42000-008-0010.
